Making your business in Vietnam safer
1. Supplier survey
This is a small investment that will help you reduce risk before opening a new trade with Vietnamese supplier. We provide a basic survey of the supplier capabilities for a nominal fee of $150-$250 depends on your requirements.
2. Product inspection
Normally, product inspection fee ranges from $100-$200 for 01 inspection. Depends on product type, order quantity and customer requirements inspection fee may vary and is negotiable.
(*) There is no charge for transportation if the inspection location is in Hanoi or Hochiminh city.
3. Factory audit
Depending on specific case and customer's requirements, factory audit fee is negotiable. For your reference, we usually perform an audit for a small factory producing handicraft goods at a price of $150.

5. Discount for double inspection
From our experience in inspecting goods, it is more reliable to perform 2 inspections per an order (for example IPC and DUPRO) especially with orders that have a large quantity of goods.
For a particular order with more than 1 inspection, we will discount 20% from the normal price.
Payment
We accept both money transfer via MoneyGram, Western Union or wire transfer. In case of the later the money transferred to our bank account must be exactly the agreed price and the customer has the responsibility to pay the money transfer fee.
Payment must be made within 02 days before the date of inspection.
